The Shareholder's Letter of Expectations (PDF, 921KB) is an agreement between the Shareholder and the Corporation on the respective roles and responsibilities of each. The Letter serves as the basis of agreement on the Corporation's mandate, including high-level performance expectations, public policy issues and strategic priorities.
As part of our commitment to openness and accountability, we publish reports that inform the public and our shareholder, the provincial government, of our progress in meeting our goals and objectives.
The Provincial Government has enacted legislation that requires crown corporations and agencies to proactively disclose executive compensation details, include an explanation of the employer's compensation philosophy, the objectives of the compensation program and what it is designed to reward, and how the performance payments for the top five executives relate to the organization’s performance targets.
