Our Service Plan is a key part of our commitment to openness and accountability. The plan outlines our strategic direction, performance measures and financial outlook over a three-year planning period.
Each year, we review our strategic direction and performance objectives to ensure a continued focus on providing fair and open access to the grid and delivering safe, reliable and cost-effective transmission services. We prepare our Service Plan annually for presentation to the BC Legislature in accordance with the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act.
