Provides introductory-level information on the existing Wholesale Transmission Services tariff. Covers such issues as tariff language, definition, services, and role structure. Also provides a high level overview of the service request and transmission reservation process.
One of two educational workshops being held in preparation for consultations on the Wholesale Transmission Services (WTS) tariff. This consultation will commence in early 2004.
