Settlements & Billing

The Settlements and Billing Department produces daily settlement reports for each Open Access Transmission Tariff customer reserving transmission on the BC transmission system through BCTC. These reports contain the following information processed from the previous day: billable transmission contracts and associated Ancillary Services charges; energy schedules processed including charges for loss compensation service; curtailed transmission reservations and energy schedules; and any adjustments to previously reported transactions.
