System OR-S
The forecast spinning operating reserve required for the BC Control Area.
System OR-Sup
The forecast supplemental operating reserve required for BC Control Area.
System RFR
The forecast Regulation and Frequency Control required for the BC Control Area.
Provider of Last Resort (POLR) Losses
The difference between the forecast System Losses as defined in (1) above and the customer-self-provisioned amount.
POLR OR-Sp
The difference between the forecast System OR-Sp and the customer-self-provisioned amount.
POLR OR-Sup
The difference between the forecast System OR-Sup and the customer-self-provisioned amount.
POLR RFR
The difference between System RFR and the customer-self-provisioned amount.
